Julie was born and raised in St Augustine, FL. She is the youngest of eight children, four girls and four boys. She moved to St George, Utah at the age of seventeen, finishing high school there. She met her husband Skyler in 2006, right after he was discharged from the Marine Corps. Shortly thereafter she and her family moved to her husband’s hometown of Waco, TX. She absolutely loves Texas and plans to be a lifelong citizen. She has three children: Syrenidie(20), Dalyse(16) and Jayson(13). She has two dogs, Odin and Freya and a cat named Sirius. She has an AS and an AA, with plans to finish her education with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has been in the dental field since 2016 and truly enjoys working in the dental field. Her faith is very important to her, she likes volunteering and service projects. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, being outside, doing anything in or on the water, reading and spending time with her family
Hi, I’m Brittany Shepherd. I’ve been a registered dental assistant for
the past 10 years. Specializing in oral surgery and implants. Born and raised In southern California, I recently relocated my family to the beautiful city of Waco, Texas, where I joined Hillcrest dental. This move was a significant decision for us, and I’m excited for the opportunity it presents. Outside of work I’m a devoted mom to three wonderful daughters and enjoy spending time with my fiancé. My hobbies include engaging in outdoor activities with my family, playing with my two Frenchies cowabunga and Honeybear and refurbishing old antique furniture. Balancing my career with these personal interests is incredibly rewarding and I’m looking forward to this new chapter in my life..
Dana has been in the dental field since 1988. She came to work for Dr. Thrasher in 1997 as one of his registered dental assistants. She now works as the scheduling coordinator. She absolutely loves it. She enjoys being in the dental field because she learns something new every day! She also loves to help patients improve their smiles.

Dana has two grown boys, Brandon and Nathan. Dana was born and raised in Mexia, Texas, where she and her husband, Michael, live.
She loves anything outdoors: fishing, camping, swimming, and gardening. She also enjoys being a part of her church family.
As a Dental hygienist my goal is not only to get the patient to a comfortable, healthy oral
state, but to also enjoy the process. Each appointment is different and special and this is what Ienjoy most–getting to know my patient, what their wants are and how to help and educate
them to get there. A smile is worth a thousand words, and I do my best to help everyone
achieve their best smile.
I have been in the dental field for 10+ years, first as a dental assistant and now a dental
hygienist. I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children. A perfect weekend consists of
sunny days, beachy waters, and 4 perfect smiles.
I have been in the field of dentistry for 20+ years, which has allowed me to achieve and appreciate a gratifying career. I discovered my passion for dentistry as a teenager while completing orthodontic treatment. I was raised in Gatesville, and I reside in the small community of Oglesby. I am a super proud Mom of my handsome son, Kutter (yes, he fits his name very well)! I also enjoy spending time with my parents and friends, outdoor activities, and I would consider myself a sport junky! And one last “tid bit” about myself…I AM A DIE-HARD TEXAS AGGIE FAN!
